Founded in 2018, Lakeland Recovery, LLC is a Minnesota based company that specializes in bringing Substance Use Disorder Counseling into healthcare and board and lodging facilities such as Nursing Homes, Assisted/ Independent Living Facilities, Adult Day-Cares, and other organizations serving individuals with substance abuse disorders. Our outpatient Treatment Program will be customized and designed to meet your individual organizational needs. We also can provide onsite education.
Through the years, our team has encountered many under-served populations in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul metro and surrounding areas. Many, suffering from co-occurring clinical, mental, and substance use disorders. We are striving to make an impact on this population.
